raster image boarder removal

hey everyone, how do you make the boarder on a raster image invisible

Posted

I bow to your up-to-date information. However in my version you set IMAGEFRAME to 1 or ON to make it visible, and to 0 or OFF to make it invisible which was what the OP required.

am I wrong in thinking that that has changed with the versions? that later versiosns have the 0-1-2 options and earlier have On-Off?

I'm writing a FAQ on this as we speak

Edit: Eldon was faster than me and confirmed my suspicion  So anyone know which version it changed?

I think Tiger is correct but I don't know when it changed. I only have an old reference book here that predates the command altogether. :)

however, from the F1 button (2008 )

ac.keyboard.gif Command entry: imageframe

Enter image frame setting [0, 1, 2] : Enter an option or press ENTER

NoteNormally, when image frames are not displayed, you cannot select images. However, the IMAGECLIP command temporarily turns image frames on.

0 Setting Image frames are not displayed and not plotted.

1 Setting Image frames are both displayed and plotted. This setting is the default.

2 Setting Image frames are displayed but not plotted.

Yes, it is only ON/OFF with 2002. I was getting mixed up with other system variables which have to 0 for OFF and 1 for ON like the WMFBKGND variable.

So it changed in either 2004 or 2006 - can anyone with either of these version do a quick check for us?

Thanks Eldon - so presumable it changed with the 2006 release.
