m-a-c-f Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 Hi, When I take 3D modeling, that’s ok, everything works fine, but when I try to do some view of the 3D drawing in other to generate 2D views, the process takes about one hour. Somebody can help me? Quote
ReMark Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 I am not familiar with Mech 2006. But how are 2D views actually generated. In vanilla AutoCAD the commands Solview followed by Soldraw take the 3D geometry and convey it as 2D. What are the specs on your computer? Quote
m-a-c-f Posted November 14, 2008 Author Posted November 14, 2008 Hi, We are quit so sure that the problem is not the computer, in fact, we discovered yesterday that this happens only when we have a particular kind of peace made in Inventor. We are suspicious that, the other sector of company that make developments and they do use Inventor, make a kind of table, for example with different kinds of screws. When we remove this particular peace of 3D and generates de 2D view, the process takes about 3 minutes, normal. We don't know how to solve this. Quote
