New layer when under filter [2009]

Hi,

I'm back with another question.

When i want to make an new layer in the layer manager under a filter it moves the layer right to the "all" filter where i then have to edit it.

In autocad 2008 (and perhaps before that) you could just edit the name first before it was moved, now you MUST go to the "All" filter before making a new layer.

Is there a option to turn this moving arround off and make an new layer even if ur in a layerfilter without it moving to the "all" filter right after pressing the "new layer" button ?
