runtime error message

Hi,

I am receiving an error message in Inventor 10.

The program shuts down when I try to open a new file: FILE – NEW – TEMPLATE

The program says it is a “runtime error” in the MicroSoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.

It points to the autocad.exe file as causing the problem.

Hi,

I fixed my "runtime errors"

I updated my J2 fax software. Inventor wouldn't run with the older version.
Under TOOLS - APPLICATIONS - HARDWARE I set the graphic driver to generic.
