drvajeep Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 I am in the process of updating to 2008 from 2007, i imported my profile and i get a message unable to load acadmac.cui click ok then i get unable to locate acadmac.cui the file is defined in the main cui file, but has been moved, renamed, or deleted from the following location : acadmac.cui i get this for acadmfly.cui & vaac.cui i have to load my profile everytime i open a new drawing and if i change something the changes are not saved Quote
GhostRider Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 I think you need to load your custom menu's, acadmac.cui,acadmfly.cui & vaac.cui using "menuload" and be sure the support file paths are specified in options. Quote
dbroada Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 did you let AutoCAD migrate settings? When we upgraded from 2006 to 2008 all teh profiles were imported with no effort from me. It may be worth trying to re-install and let AutoCAD do the tricky stuff. Quote

It may be worth trying to re-install and let AutoCAD do the tricky stuff. Migrate Settings is an option when loading newer versions of AutoCAD. You can insert the AutoCAD disk and opt for migrate settings. My, that was Easy! Quote
