Multiline Text Attribute Display Problem

I'm having trouble getting this multiline text attribute to display properly. Once I enter information, it appears as a single line extending beyond the boundaries on the screen, but it plots correctly. I've attached pics of both plot and display.

It's a known bug using C3D. Autode$k tech support more or less told me "Yeah we know... oh well". I don't know if it was fixed in 2009 or not.
