What do i change to make an object show in CAD as one color and print another one? thanks

Pretty vague inquiry. could you elaborate more on what you want to accomplish?
you wish to make and object's color in CAD print to a different color on a printout?

basically i have an object that appears white on my black background (in CAD). When it prints i want it to appear black on white paper

white (not color 255) prints out black by default.
are all the objects you wish to print white? if so you could just use monochrome.ctb as plot style

that was exactly my problem. is was set to 255. thanks for saving me further headaches
