LAD152 Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Hi guys- Im so thankful to have this website. So Im trying to email a few sets of dwgs over to a local print shop. I know how to create each individual page over to a pdf, but have never tried to convert a whole dwg set file to a pdf. How do I do that? Like for instance, if one set of drawings has 8 pages, and another has 3...do I need to create each page into a pdf and attatch individually, or can I create the whole file into one, where the print shop can just print one after one after one? HELP! Quote
MaxwellEdison Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Set everything up like you're going to create a PDF, then click the Add button by the page styles drop down and type in PDF Layout or something similar. Then save your drawing and use the Publish command. On the left side of the dialog box you can remove the layouts you do not want created. Highlight all the remaining ones with Ctrl+A, then click on the dropdown in the center column and select the PDF Layout page style you created earlier. When you hit the [Publish] button it should prompt you for a save location and filename. But all of the selected layouts should be included in the same PDF. Quote
