Raster image to vector converters.

Does anyone know of any good free software downloads that will convert raster images (black and white scanned property plats, for example) to vector? (for LT)

I would also like to know how to convert excel files into Autocad LT as Autocad entities.

You get waht you pay for! Freebees are very limited. If you are wanting to do real work then get professional software like WiseImage from Csoft.com

There's a program called VectorEye that you can get a free trial of, seems to work alright, but not the best in my experience.
