Title Block Mapping Issues

I have a title block that I'm trying to map to update the drawings. I set everything up according to the instructions I have and it worked on one drawing but not the other. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here?

Are you trying to just use the "Update Title Block" command found in the project manager?

Yes I am. Unfortunately this was a while ago and I can't remember what I did to remedy the issue. I'll have to revisit this at a later date.
