DCL files not loaded

someone messed with my comp and moved things around, I think i got everything back where it goes, except when I tried to put my pgp file back in autocad and reinit to reload it I got a message saying "dialogs are not avaliable because DCL files are not loaded. everything worked fine on friday when I left from work and now not so much. Any one know how to fix this?

I followed thier instructions but it didnt work, now i get to run the fixes disk and if that doesnt work uninstall reinstal. thanks for the link
