seanirg Posted January 28, 2009 Posted January 28, 2009 This problem is driving me nuts. I’m setting up a new very basic 2D drawing template in AutoCad LT 2009. We generally print to black and white so I am setting up color schemes that print to different lineweights. I’m nearly done and setting up a new dimension style. When I did a test plot I found that the diametric dimensions (radius, diameter, and center marks) were printing with the lineweight that I had reserved for ‘blue’ – a thick line. I use red for all extension lines, dimension lines, arrowheads, and leaders. I use yellow for dimension text. On the screen they all appear as I wish, even the diametric dimensions. When I print, only the diametric dimensions are affected by printing heavier. When I select them their color is listed as blue, even though they appear in my red/yellow scheme. Of course, I want them to have the properties and be printed as I want them to be. Any advice? Sean Quote
Strix Posted January 28, 2009 Posted January 28, 2009 Sorry I don't know the answer to your question, but there's a good chance that somebody who may be able to help will ask for you to post a file for them to examine - are you able to do that? Quote
seanirg Posted January 28, 2009 Author Posted January 28, 2009 I appreciate the response, but rather than give up and wait, I kept at it and figured it out. Thanks again, Sean Quote
