ReMark
You can use your Print Screen button and MS paint. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. Open the image editing program Microsoft Paint. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste. If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes. Use the editor's crop tool to crop out unnecessary portions of the screen shot. Go to the File Menu and choose Save As. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the image. Type a file name for the image. Select a file type. Click the Save button. Or you can use screen capture software such as Snagit, !Quick Screen Capture or MWSnap (or countless others). Most offer free trial downloads.
rkent
This is what Design Center is for, no need to print out a document that is bound to change, necessitating yet another printing and distribution, and on and on. Place you drawings containing blocks in a logical folder organization on a common drive and tell everyone where to find it. Turn on Preview, Large Icons. ReMark
Some people, like my boss, want to hold a piece of paper in their hand. "Don't ask me why" he says, "Just print it." What's a guy to do?

I usually tell them, "Welcome to the 21st century, stop killing trees and creating unnecessary work".
Patrick Hughes
You might take a look at my program called DwgGrid - it allows you to easily do what you want. In fact I designed it that way www.engds.com/products/dwggrid/dwggrid.html
