Guest Plumber911 Posted June 8, 2005 Posted June 8, 2005 I am using ADT 2005 and the MBUTTON command no longer sets the middle button of my mouse to control the osnaps. Is this a function of the new software? My company did some modifications to the software before installing on our machines. I want to find out if it is AutoCAD issue or one caused by the modification of the software. Quote
Dommy2Hotty Posted June 8, 2005 Posted June 8, 2005 Just trying to clarify, you're saying setting the MBUTTONPAN variable to 0 no longer gives you the OSnaps flyout when you click the mouse wheel? If that's the case, then what does it do? Not to imply that you might not know this, but here is a description of the MBUTTONPAN variable: Controls the behavior of the third button or wheel on the pointing device. 0 Supports the action defined in the menu (.mnu) file 1 Supports panning when you hold and drag the button or wheel Quote
Guest Plumber911 Posted June 8, 2005 Posted June 8, 2005 Currently if I press the middle button once it does nothing. If I press it twice it does a zoom extents. Is there a setting in the "mnu" file that needs to be changed? Quote

If you have a Logitech mouse you must find the control panel under the start menu>> accessories>> utilities or something to that effect. Make sure you set the center wheel button to autoscroll and that may fix it. Quote
