Hi,

I work off a network and I would like to install my hatch file ".pat" file into my support files so I don't have to import them into each drawing with the design center from our server.

I know it can be stored on my local drive so it will automatically install into each file but I am not sure which support file to put it into.

Do I just copy and paste it into a support folder or do I need to load it in? I am having difficulty locating the existing location of my available ".pat" files.

I work with AutoCAD 2006.

Thanks,

Paul

You can use any folder as long as it's listed under Options > Files > Support file search path

Try using the often forgotten or overlooked Windows "Briefcase", to keep your file syncronised with the server.
