pjm2007 Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Hi, I work off a network and I would like to install my hatch file ".pat" file into my support files so I don't have to import them into each drawing with the design center from our server. I know it can be stored on my local drive so it will automatically install into each file but I am not sure which support file to put it into. Do I just copy and paste it into a support folder or do I need to load it in? I am having difficulty locating the existing location of my available ".pat" files. I work with AutoCAD 2006. Thanks, Paul Quote
uddfl Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 You can use any folder as long as it's listed under Options > Files > Support file search path Quote
A1DWG Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Try using the often forgotten or overlooked Windows "Briefcase", to keep your file syncronised with the server. Quote
