2 problems please help

1st problem Ive encountered is when booting acad 2008 under the users login i get an
http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e209/ishfet/error1.jpg
then http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e209/ishfet/error2.jpg after hitting OK on the first one.
works fine when Admin is logged on. any help please ..

unhanded exception e06d7363 (e06d7363h) at address 7c812aebh exception in c:\........autocad\2008\32\acrobatic.arx
then http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e209/ishfet/error2.jpg
(same root and error as above) pdfmcad.arx
after hitting OK on the first one.
works fine when Admin is logged on. but not when the user is ,could it be a permissions issue ??any help please ..

sorry for some reason when i left my computer without finishing my post it auto posted it and i was unaware till i finished the post.

the second problem was just a wipe out issue that had to do with the clients drawing.

i put the description of the 2 errors under the pictures they are pdf errors, so if anyone can please help me out with the 2 errors (pictures and descriptions)
i would be grateful thanks
