richie_008 Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I can't find it where It usually is in the drop down menus. Quote
ReMark Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 If it is oblique text you're after there is no magic button. Type the word style at the command line then press Enter. In the Text Style dialog box look down in the right hand lower corner. See where it says Oblique angle? Type in an angle (30?) then click on the Apply button. Now enter some text. Does that do it for you? Quote
richie_008 Posted February 23, 2009 Author Posted February 23, 2009 yes sir. Thank you very much Quote
ReMark Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I'm no longer an Admiral in her majesty's Royal Navy so you don't have to call me "sir". "ReMark" will do quite nicely. You're welcomed. Quote
richie_008 Posted February 23, 2009 Author Posted February 23, 2009 I am also looking to oblique the dimensions. I can't find the icon for oblique to do this after I get the dimension I want. I just have to change the angle for it, but how do I get to oblique? Quote
ReMark Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 You must use the same text style for dimensioned text that you used for regular text. Quote
uddfl Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I'm no longer an Admiral in her majesty's Royal Navy so you don't have to call me "sir". "ReMark" will do quite nicely.Well, it's says on your title you are a Luminous Being, sir. Quote
ReMark Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 uddfl: That was a mis-spelling. It's supposed to be Voluminous meaning "full". I'll let you decide just what I'm full of on your own. Quote
Memnon Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 Full of space dust I would imagine BTW, very helpful tip there, I just tried it out myself. Quote
