Bug with studio max 7

Hello i´m new here, and i´m desperatly trying to find an awnser to that bug. When i am going to activate my copy of studio max, nothing show up, just an window named "Register Today", and two markable options in blank! Can anyone help me? did anyone found anything similar?

silly question but ill ask. is it an illegal copy of max 7??? if its not then try reinstalling if its the same again then contact Decreet at www.discreet.com .
