Using ID command we can find the coordinates of a point relative to the origin, is there some way (command) to find the coordinates of a point relative to some point other than the origin.

If you use DISTANCE from Tools/Inquiry, you get to see the relative difference in X and Y as well as the actual distance. :)

Or you change the origin of the UCS (UCS > Origin), ID will return the coordinates relative to the new origin. Set the origin back to World with UCS > W.
