Organic Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 There is probably an easy answer to this I'm missing. I have a layer that is turned off, although the items on that layer remain showing (and they are defiantly on that layer). The layer is not locked. If I freeze the layer instead of turning it off, they then disappear. Quote
Cad64 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 A block can contain many layers, so even though the block itself is on a layer, those layers within the block will still remain visible, even if you turn Off the layer that the block is on. Use Freeze/Thaw instead of On/Off. Quote
Krztoff Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 If you want the blocks to be in one specific layer, then type "bedit" and choose the block you want to change. From there you can change all the block atributes. Make sure that all the components are from the layer that you want to turn off. Quote
