Multi-Line Dimensions

Hi Folks,

Newbie here to the forum!

Can anyone on here tell me how i can create a dimension with 2 lines of text?

something along the lines of ...

25mm TO CENTRE
OF FIXING HOLES

Is there an easy way to do this using text override or can this be done another way?

text override <>TO CENTRE \XOF FIXING HOLES

if needing all above dim line
<> TO CENTRE \N OF FIXING HOLES

OR in dim style, suffix
\X TO CENTRE OF FIXING HOLES
