It's kind of tricky. Highlight the objects you want to copy. Then left click on one of them, but HOLD DOWN the left mouse button until your cursor turns into a mouse pointer with a box attached to it. Now KEEP the left button pressed down while you drag the objects to the other drawing, then release. Quote
