Edit Vertex

Can anyone tell me how you delete a single point on a polyline.

Use the Pedit command (polyline edit) with the Edit Vertex option.

Thanks, But there is not a delete option in there?

I normally just move one grip on top of another. Works for me.

That works, as long as you don't have to Spline the Polyline. If you do, you'll find out that the grips are all stacked on top of each other and if you try to adjust the spline you will just end up moving multiple grips around.

If it is in the middle of the polyline, go into the edit mode, and step through the vertexes until you get to the one before the one you want to get rid of, then choose the straighten option, step through the vertex until you get to the one after, and choose go. Vertex disappears

You could explode and then use pedit to convert them back once entities are modified to desired profile.
