where do .CTB files reside in 2009?

I have upgraded from 2006 to 2009 and AutoCAD can't find my old .CTB files. I assume I should find them in the 2006 installation and copy them to the appropriate place in 2009. The software is installed locally and in the default location on my C drive.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

In 2006 look under Tools > Options. In the Options dialog box click on the Files tab. Under Search Path...click on Printer Support File Path. Under that heading click on Plot Style Table Search Path. Expand that category and note the path that starts with C:/Documents........................

Your plot styles should have been migrated over when you went from 2006 to 2009. It's an option that is oft overlooked.

Assuming 2009 is similar to 2008 (and 2006) you can find them as shown (Options > Files)
