Hello-

I am using 2009. When plotting, the heavier line weights have strange rounded ends to lines and corners. it looks very odd. Is there a toggle for this? I don't recall this happeing in my old 2007 set up.

Thanks,

katie

Kate:

You can change the appearance of these corners when you go to plot by editting your Plot Style Table. In the Plot Style Table Editor look at the right hand side, under Properties, and find the feature Line End Style. Your choices are Butt, Square, Round and Diamond. You can also change the Line Join Style as well. The options are Miter, Bevel, Round and Diamond. After making your choices click the Save and Close button. Run a test plot first to confirm the results. Modify as required.

oops, I spoke too soon. I looked and the settings are already Butt and Mitre, yet rounded ends and corners are still happening. Could there be any other reason for this?
