Problem with UCS

I am xref-ing a building layout into a drawing sheet and it comes in at an angle.
I know this is to do with the UCS settings in the xref but I dont know how to stop it, can anyone help?

Do the UCS on the two drawings match?

Hi. Firstly check that the default for Rotation = 0 in the Xref Manager. If so, then your drawings have either been created using different UCS, or else the drawing you are xrefing into needs the UCS set to World before Xrefing the building plan into it.
