Different file size for the same file?

I just noticed a weird quirk I'm sure can be easily explained. I saved an ACAD LT 2007 file to a folder on my desktop. Immediately later I saved it to the desktop because I needed to mail it quickly. Same file. Afterwards, to clear my desktop, i just went to drag the file to the folder and was going to confirm an overwrite. However, the file I was moving was 640kb while the one in the folder was 1.27mb. I checked and doubled checked and can find no differences in the drawing. I then confirmed they are in fact different sizes. It just got me curious. Can anyone explain this?

Have a look at your "incremental save percentage" setting in Options > Open and Save > File Save section.

That is set to "0" That means that ACAD will never use this feature right?
