Hi evryone,

I'm a newbe with 3d in autocad , I defined a spot light with my model, but I do not see any shadows at all , is there any command I should operate first , I have autocad 2010 .

what I did is the following : (I would be glad if someone will tell me where I did wrong)

1. I entered "3dconfig" and in tune tab I choose accelaration and checked all buttons to be ON

2. I clicked view-render-light-new soptlight light

locate the spot in the screen , and n for name

and w for shadow

3.manage visual style- I created new one, lighting quality-facted

material display-materials&shadows

shadow display-full shadow

and apllied the selected visual style to current view

thats it - Whats wrong with that definition , do I have to define something else , the model stays the same with the default light and no shadows.

Did you select shadow option in the spotlight and rendering panels?
