Angular dimensions disappearing when plotting

Does anyone know what could be causing my angular dimensions to plot blank? All other dims are plotting fine and everything is on same layer and style. But for some reason when i plot an angle the text doesnt plot, just the dimension line and the ticks.

press on layer properties manager

this option is in layer toolbar and the is the button this can couse your problem

thanks for the response. Im not sure on what you are suggesting though. I am in layer manager and the plot option is on. My problem happens no matter what layer i am on so i dont think it is a layer specific problem. Again thank you for responding and if you have any more help i would much appreciate it.
