Design review 2010

to batch print files in PDF i first use the publish command to print everything to DWF then from DWF I print all pages to PDF. everything used to come out nicely in vectors (or whatever you call it) but now when printing to pdf i am getting raster images!! :o

what the heck!!

anyway... does anyonw know how to change it back? thanks

So, the questions that this raises are:

1. Are you using Design Review to produce the PDFs?

2. What Driver are you using for the PDFs (Autodesk or other third Party?)

3. Do you really have the need for both DWFs and PDFs? You realize that you can plot directly to PDF from AutoCAD in 2010. (By the way, I'm still to test that feature out to see if it is up to scratch)

If you're using third Party PDF Drivers, some of these have the option to print to Vector and/or Raster output - perhaps the Driver's been flicked over to Raster? I realize that you have been using the driver before (whichever it is), but the new software may have changed that default...
