Snaps to foreground

Hi,

I recently reïnstalled windows on the office pc and thereby had an fresh installation of acad 2009. However i find that my snaps (mid/end/per/cen/etc...) sometimes fall behind the object/line i want the snap on.

Anyone can tell me how i get this fixed and keep the snaps to the foreground all the time or is this an bug? (didn't yet install the 2 updates since we getting 2010 in a while).

Nobody knows ??
