Set different scale factor for just one vport?

In paperspace, on one sheet most vports scaled to 1:50 and dashed lines display and plot as expected. But one port is scaled at 1:100, and dashed lines display and plot too small. Any way I can set Global scale factor different for just that one port?

set Psltscale=1 (needs to be done in each layout tab)

That makes dotted lines too long and Batting linetype too wide - 5x too big in the 1:5 vport, and 10x too big in the 1;10 vport.
