how do you scale graphs in only one direction

as the thread asks - i have one side scaled properly but i need to stretch the other axis - is this possible (can i make a block and mess with it that way)

You answered your own question, make a block and insert it at different x-y-scales.

Attached is a lisp that does the same thing.
