'Multiple-stretch' command in AutoCAD 2002

Hi,
When I worked in AutoCAD R14 I used to use a command which allowed me to make one, or more than one crossing window using a 'Multi-stretch' command. Since upgrading to R2002, I can't seem to find this facility. Does it exist in R2002? If not, does anyone know how to replicate this useful tool?

The multiple-entity-stretch (mstretch) command can be found in the Express tools. You can download the express tools at:
