Have you tried creating a viewport in paperspace? That is the only way you will see what is back in model space.

pls tell me that how to convert latitude & longitude in a northing & Easting coordinate.

The Army Corps of Engineers uses this program called CorpsCon to do there converting of lat & lon > Northing Easting. You have to download the maps of the areas in question but all in all it is an awesome tool.
