Haven't worked with too many fire systems but, have done some.

All done in AutoCAD, all were advanced plumbing drawings.

Pipe, pipe fittings, valves, all have downloadable *.dwg files online.

Pressure gages, check valves, inline filters, pumps, all these also have downloadable *.dwg files online.

The sprinkler heads might be a different story, have never looked for them.

Perhaps the manufacturer of the sprinkler heads would supply a few *.dwg files for you.
