Autocad----Excel using VBA.... help!!!!!!

hi everyone,
i am using autocad 2002, and i am doin this projet linking autocad 2002 with excel using VBA. i am jus a beginner in VBA. can anybody help me out with the source code for this scenario
- exporting a block into a new autocad drawing(source code)

You look in AutoCAD 2002\Sample\ActiveX\ExtAttr\ExtAttr.xls, this example it can help you...
