Missing Menu and Tool Bars

Hello,

 

I am using AutoCAD MEP 2009 and when I open it today the menu bars and tool bars are missing at the top. How can I bring it back up?

menubar enter select '1'

 

toolbars - right click on the gray area where they should be and pick the ones you want.

type "menuload". then go to "browse". locate "acad.cui". then press "load". i think this process will help you.
