I have a burning question:
- In Layout- I was trying to insert a rendered dwg. and 2 dgw. I made the viewports for each but when trying to delete the border made by viewports my dwg. dissapears.

How can I insert 3 different dwg. in Layout and getting ride of the borders?

If someone is able to answer it please do it as fast as possible. It is burning.

Orbit - if I understand correctly, it is simply a matter of putting the vieports on a seperate layer & freezing the layer.

 Of course Block, you are right and you have saved my life.
I used another way without freezing the layer and it worked. Do not ask me how because it was sort of beginner luck. That is why I have got stuck.
Anyway, your way works great. Thank you

It's better to import the renders just with Insert > Raster image. I presume they are 'rendered to file'.

In my template, i have a layer called VP and it is used only for viewports. I have it set so it does not show on my plots. There is an option in the layers dialogue box that controls this. I also turn the VP layer off, this way it still shows the drawing, but no boarder.

Another tip, select a viewport and right click>Properties.
There are a ton of options including Hideplot that you can change.

Thank you all. I think, I will adopt gcp`s style to have a layer only for unwanted borders in layout. Good idea.
