Problems exporting to .sat

Hello,

I recently received a .dwg file which I have opened using AutoCAD Architecture 2008 and 2010. I am trying to export the drawings as .sat files to open them with Solid Edge. I am familiar with this process but for some reason can not get it to work with these new models.

None of the layers are locked, but I am having problems exploding the drawing and as a result can not select any blocks or solid objects to export.

Any help will be gratefully recieved.

Hello again,

From reading further posts on the forum, I'm assuming I need to convert into Solids or Regions, or work out how to explode the components.

Could anyone help with this please?
