Change Colour of Text in DWF file

I've got a DWF file and the text is green. Not particularly good when plotted via an attachment in AutoCAD.

At my disposal is Autodesk Design Review. But I think this is just a viewer, right?

Anyone able to help, please?

Design Review is primarily just a viewer yes, it does possess the facility, however, to mark up the file.
I doubt whether this function will be of any use in this instance, though
