Trouble removing a cui file

I have a cui that I used earlier but don't anymore. It still appears on the right drop down menu in the Transfer tab. I just can't get rid of it! I have deleted the file and tried purge and everything, but it's still in the list. Any ideas?

In command line of AutoCAD, enter "Menuload", find your CUI in the list and click on "Unload".
