Autolisp Programming, Principles and Techniques by Rod R. Rawls, Mark A. Hagen. Covers AutoLISP functions through Release 14. Easy to understand and follow. Can be found at www.amazon.com
Before you go out and buy a book on AutoLISP, Try some of the lessons at this site: http://home.netcom.com/~rogh/autolisp/index.htm
That site is one of the most informative AutoLISP sites that I have found on the net.

Also, AutoCad 2002 has a nice tutorial to get started. Wow a garden path.
