Mirror

I have drawing of substation. client has asked us to flip it east to west. currently its west to east.

I have lot of labels on it so how can i flip it but still keep all labels and texts intact.

should it be through mirror command or any others..

step 1: tell client/boss that this will take rest of day.

step 2: set the MIRRTEXT system variable to 0.

step 3: select objects, do your mirror.

step 4: spend a few mins checking that everything is good to go.

step 5: take rest of ofternoon off.

The 'Mirror' command will work on text, mtext, leaders w/ mtext, etc. I have had some mirror backwards but not very often. Give it a shot. There is always Undo.

Hey you stole my trick... Sometimes it takes me longer to gripe about a change than it actually takes to do the revision.

My boss has caught on after ten years though and he says he puts my Bi$%h time into his quotes now.
