2x duel core 2.8ghz opteron processor.
Tyan motherboard.
8Gb DDR2 memory.
fx1400 nvidia quadro graphics card.
650watt power pack.
zalman heatsinks for 250GB hard drive (if they fit)

(and a crappy beige case. Im not paying over 200 quid for one to fit the motherboard, lol)

Its still being made, should recive it next week.

Why do you see a potential problem, seeing as our a bit more technical than me.

Mark. It's a seagate sata hard drive with 7200rpm
Going to be running off vista 64bit o/s

The rpm's are correct but did you notice the seek time number or if the spec lists the data transfer rate?

The info can be found at the drive manufacturer's website. All you need is the hard drive make/model number.
