I want to include a layout created in AutoCAD 2002, in a word document.

For example, I have a drawing of an offshore oil platform's riser layout. I am creating an inspection workbook in word and want to include the drawings of each individual riser which I have in different layouts.

So far everything I have tried does not give me a clean printout of the drawing.

I have looked at Microsofts website for file converters but there in nothing useful there.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Try this>
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=2368264

It helps to insert your lay. even in Word too.

You can plot to a raster file, PNG works great in word, and insert the raster file as a picture into word.

Look up in the autocad help about plotting to a raster file

What it is to learn something new!
Printing to a raster file works very well, and I can now carry on with the setting up of the inspection workbook.
Thank you both for helping out.

Mark.
