lufc100 Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 Hi All, I have a drawing whick I'm trying to edit, on it there are steel columns which are represented as hatches in the drawing. When i try to snap an end point the the object it doesnt come up, is this because its a hatch, and if so what can I do so I can snap an end point on it? Thanks, Mac. Quote
Ringis Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 Hallo! Ther is a setting for Object Snap Options. Open OPTIONS Dialog box, look in the tab Drafting, there you find Object Snap Options there is a box Ignore hatch objects. Untick that box. Hopefully this will help you! GE13579 Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 From your original post, it reads as if there is no outline to the hatch? Why would a column be shown as just a hatch? You might try to add a boundary to the hatch in order to snap to corners? Quote
