:? I have been using Quick Cad 8 for about 3 years, and I am trying to find some tutorials on how to use the database and link to a program I wrote in Excel.
The Quick Cad instruction book is terrible and has no examples there or on the CD.
I design high end cabinet work, and am tired of having to enter data twice.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?
Thank you,
Paddy

Not many QuickCAD users here that I am aware of but you can try the QuickCAD forum out at AutoDesk.

Thank tou for your reply, but the Autodesk Cad forum is useless in providing tutorials on how to use the database function and it's relationship to Excel.
I am actually looking for a tutorial that shows step by step instructions on how to do. How did everyone else learn how to use it without some kind of instructions?
I love the program, but I am frustrated to no end. Autodesk has stopped supporting this program, which I think is a grave mistake. If someone there had taken the time to properly write an instuction manual people could really understand, they might see better sales for that product, as it is easy to learn, and very easy to work with, unlight Autocad Lite.
Thanks,
Paddy
