rubberband

Its happened again i have just lost the rubberband without this i have difficulty with arc's. although i have fixed this problem once before i can not remember how. I have a horrible feeling i may of reinstalled how can i turn rubberband back on.

Set 'dragmode', command is dragmode, to auto.

It depends on which version of AutoCAD you're using. DRAGMODE used to be used to contro; the display of the rubber-band line but this no longer appears to be the case. DRAGMODE now only controls the display of "dragged" objects (copied or moved). It appears to have no effect on the rubber-band.

OK, so how do you control it? I have no idea :shock: but I'll try to find out.

thanks all sorted it was actually the draged object i was after not the rubberband dragmode was on but had to be set to auto :)
