How can I create a bowl that is shaped like a leap i.e there is an indentation that is not symmetrical?

Hi Goldie.......
I drew 3 arcs, 2 horizontally and 1 vertically, using common end points.
Then 3d rotated the vertical one so it formed unequal sides.
The command "rulesurf" then meshed between the two arcs.
I had to move the first one away to create the second half, then move it back using snaps.
Very simple but shows what can be achieved.

The main problem is that this will be a strange shape, i.e it will still be a bowl but will have an indentation. like a paint palette but shaped as a bowl how can u achieve this/
